The Cross List request form has changed.
STC Sections
Up to three sections of the same course may be merged, as long as the total number of students does not exceed 70.
Dual Credit Sections
Up to three dual credit sections may be merged if all sections are offered to students from the same high school. Dual credit sections cannot be merged with non-dual credit sections.
Deadline
Due to the manual processes involved in merging courses and creating matching syllabi in Concourse, section merge requests must be submitted no later than 5 days before the start of classes.
*Exceptions to the number of sections to merge for purposes of programmatic accreditation and supervision can be made with Dean's approval.
